I made this map of Panem. I hope you all like it!
I added an outline of where North America used to be before water levels rose and changed so you can have a better idea of where the districts are located.
Also, the arena space is not just the 74th Hunger Games arena. It’s an area of land carved out by the Capitol where they can be organized in building all of their arenas. All 75 arenas are located there with extra space for the would-be arenas. There are also the hotels and such so the Capitol citizens could tour them on vacations.
District 6 is very large because it said in the books that there were a lot of people and a lot of uprisings trying to start from their District, so it could be believed that they are a much larger District than the others. Personally, I see it as the District where everyone else ends up. Like, the miscellaneous District.
